The horrible human sewage stench that fills the air in west-central Santa Maria daily, must surely come from this sewage treatment plant that is directly upwind of the impacted area. If you ever go to Walmart Neighborhood Market on Blosser, you've been shocked at the gagging smell of open pit latrine filling the air. Disgusting.
