I don’t use their services and never will, but their trucks seem to love coming to my house and pumping at 3 AM so I know all I need to.
The worst service in Austin. They don't clean well and leave a mess.
They seem to have a pattern of aggressive drivers. One of their trucks hit my car yesterday morning and failed to pull over. I have contacted the company and waiting to hear back. Update: 3 years later and I never heard back from anyone with this company. My car insurance reached out and the company stated I was at fault and that they had video proof but could never provide said proof. I was left to pay my deductible with All State stating they would reimburse me when the matter got resolved but never did. Be cautious around... read more
DO NOT USE. Real review , this company easily has the worst customer service ever. The rep they assign you never replies when needed. They will throw you on schedule and not even come out and charge an insane amount of money for a service any other company can do. My rep was Tyler Otahal
