My sister and I own a small family diner in a rural town and were having a heck of a time finding a company willing to come out and clean our hood vent. We finally found WSI who thankfully still wanted our business despite the 2-1/2 hour drive from Des Moines. Everyone I talked to on the phone from the dispatchers to the boss were very professional and helpful despite some equipment failures and screwups on our end. Also the guys who actually came out to do the cleaning did a fantastic job (shout out to Eric and Logan)

Roll truck with no stay back 250ft sign on the back with rocks coming out the back. Smacked my wind shield and refuse to take care of the damage.
Broke my windshield called in and they said they won't fix it I'll have everything documented and on camera and they still won't fix it
