The best when it comes to grease trap maintenance and now restaurant hood cleaning. Awesome people and management, highly recommend.
I took my food truck. Tortas la Silla Last month for clean and inspect the hood. This guys are very professional. I was concerned about how mess will be my truck after the job. But they take care to keep all area clean and grease free. They covered with plastic the grill and the chef base. I'm very satisfied with the job. I absolutely recommend WSI special thanks to Daniel Rinehart.
