I just called to see about my missing trashcan and the woman who answered the phone was extremely rude and hung up on me before I could make sure I was given the right number. RUDE!

Truck 938's driver needs to be reminded that people live in the apartments he services. Ridiculous how he slams the dumpster back and forth like he's mad at us for using the dumpster. I hate having my baby wake up crying because of the loud booming and banging; I understand it's not a quiet process, but what 938 does is unacceptable.

I live in Bonifay Florida, I am a retired truck driver and sit outside almost always even in the early morning while it's still dark. I've watched your driver Tim going up and the road using all his safety lights backing up to turn around as a true professional. he goes way out of his way to make sure he doesn't miss anything on the ground. several people have moved in and out leaving stuff on the ground around an overfilled trash bin. this man would empty it and get out and make sure he leaves it nice and picked up. he does... read more
