Yesterday around 2:00 PM, I saw the trash truck collecting trash from the houses in front of mine but completely skipped my house. I called because I wanted to know why my trash wasn’t picked up and when they would be coming back. The customer service representative was extremely rude from the beginning. Timmy is our trash man. He will go above and beyond to help us each pick up day! If we have something outside the can he will always do his best to get it all in there! I can not be more thankful to have such a kind person in moments that are needed and he is definitely one of those. Thanks Timmy!!!
DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! Don’t pickup when they say they are going to. Called and emailed over and over with little to no response. Huge DISAPPOINTMENT
We have a home on Front Beach in PCB, FL with pick up on Gulf Lane ( backside of home) we have battle for months to get the trash picked up. Yes the bill is paid but for some reason calling every week to speak to several employees only to have it resolved occasionally. We have gone weeks without pick up, & paying someone else to haul it off after being assured it will be picked up. It’s absolutely ridiculous!
