We had waste pro for about 7 months. Our very first pickup was late and then they blamed us when they came the wrong day and our moving truck was out front. We also had issues with our once a month bulk pickup on 3 different occasions where they just didn't pick it up and when we called they would say theyd elevate it and management would call me back.
