I take the time to sweep up the grass after i cut it instead of blowing it all in the street like the majority of the lazy people that also contributes to clogged drains and street flooding , so i put the grass in the garage can and when they come to empty the garbage they always leave a pile of grass in the street after emptying the garbage can. Why can't they have brooms and dust pans on the side of their trucks to sweep up the mess that they make after leaving trash in the street like SDT / IV does.
