This business is horrendous. The Worst customer service ever. I called 7 times over the course of 5 days to get my recycling removed. No one has come. I pay for the service, but customer service could care less. Nitiea is terrible. You don't hear back from Charlotte Brewer, the Manager of the Center or Paula Paulsen, the Manager of the dispatch center either. They do not care! Go to another company fast!!
