Great service!
We miss WM not too happy with the company that bought the contract from WM. Really wish they still serviced my community. The new company doesn't allow bill pay online nor do they stick to mailing the bill. Instead they want to email it to us. I guess it will take more time for the new company to have a more positive outcome on us.
Received an overage charge for July and a photo of the full dumpster. Then I requested the dumpster being switched for one that I could lock. The dumpster they switched was a completely different dumpster than the one that was too full. I called WM to have the overage charge removed since they don't even know what dumpster is mine. I was transferred to John who supposedly handles overages and he basically said he didn't care and they would not remove the charges and that he doesn't even see that I had the dumpster replaced. ... read more
