We’ve been at this home that we built since 2006 and we have had absolutely no problems with Waste Management. They’ve been efficient on time and always let you know if there’s going to be a change in service.
I haven't had many issues in the past 30+ years, but the couple I've had been resolved quickly and professionally.
Completely missed the pickup. Came back around and got me taken care of. Drivers are absolutely the best. CS could use some work.
If I only have my trash picked up once a month, I shouldn’t have to pay for full weekly pickup..
Drivers need to be off on all holidays.
