We used WM for a neighborhood cleanup. The personnel showed up on time, and were friendly and helpful. Very much appreciated!
The price for a weekly pickup given the size of the container was very low. They seem adept at using technology in every way possible - you get notification on your account as to the approximate pickup time on the day of pickup. Any charge for overage or prohibited waste like construction debris is automatically video-recorded while being picked up and dumped by the pickup vehicle (I even got a video clip sent to me automatically).
