Your drivers make all the difference! Most are Top-Notch, friendly and accommodating. On a couple of occasions I’ve had drivers wait momentarily as I scurried to get recyclables to them. They were the epitome of customer service, smiling and cheerfully bidding me to “have a good day!”
We have been with Waste Management for several years and have multiple accounts and locations with them! We have never had a complaint about their service or help with any issues that may arise.
