Impossible to get ahold of customer service. Cancelled 1 can I September still getting charged. Try for over a hour no help. Put on hold. Would not give me a number for billing

Their service is good but their business practices are shady. They will bill for things without notice, like an overflowing dumpster. When the contract is up, they will automatically renewal without getting warning or asking permission. Their bills are confusing. I would get a bill for one amount and then another bill for something else. It's like I had two different bills coming at me. I don't like to monitor a supplier. If I can't trust someone to be taking care of my best interest, I won't work with them.

No issues, other than the drivers grab onto the cans with the machine, squeezing the can so hard it collapses the plastic container. This causes the can to close off and either catches garbage in the bottom of the can trapping it or doesn’t allow the an to be filled up. I not usually around when the cans are emptied or I would ask to fix it. I’ve tried straightening it out myself, but the plastic is to thick to pound out.
