They do a very good job. We have not had any issues with WM.
Once I was finally connected to the right person they were extremely helpful. Good customer service. Cost effective. Timely delivery of container and pickup done on expected day. No delays.
An update to my review below: I requested the same-day return to collect my trash last Friday, and today it's Thursday, still with no pickup. Sounds like your team plans to do nothing and make me wait for the normal garbage pickup day, so I'll miss an entire week of garbage collection. I can't even put my new garbage in the can, because your team will strategically use that as an excuse to reject it again. So thegarbage is just piling up.Real cool.
