No problem when the service is cancelled due to weather, but customers should not have to pay for service that has not been provided.
Always on time. Leave the site clean. Personnel are friendly. Used them for years. Wouldn't dream of changing providers.
Not a very upfront company. Rates are always increasing without notice. I was charged a $225 overage fee for one of the lids being barely open. Once my contract is up, I'm going with a different company because WM has been non-stop dishonest.
What's not to like. Just put you household trash into the very large bin, roll it down to the curb, and they do the rest! Couldn't be anymore simple. I did get the optional blue recycle bin as well.
I guess WM is OK. It’s not like we have a choice. I’m still ticked about the ONE TIME (in 30 years) our automatic payment got messed up. They GLEEFULLY sent someone out to take our trash can. BTW…I had already paid that bill manually (electronically) but they told me they didn’t have the ability to update their system before sending out their person to retrieve the bins.
