So we have had Waste Management at our business for the last 12 years. In the past few years service has been getting worse with an average of 6 missed pick ups per year. We generate 2 dumpsters full of trash each week and are a secure facility so it is imperative that our trash is picked up on the scheduled day. We are also a non profit childcare center and the trash that is generated NEEDS picked up. not great – for the first 2 months of service they only picked up my trash every other week instead of weekly, I would have to call them either that day or the next to have them pick it up, this has happened 5 times now.
