This company is totally awful...over 2 weeks to pick up my contracted dumpster that still hasnt been pucked up. I hope you go out of business because that is what you deserve.
Very disappointing service. Roll-off has been rescheduled 3 times without any notification. Pickup delayed multiple times. Billing makes no sense. Tried to deliver another dumpster after I had cancelled. Almost impossible to reach a person. Online, phone app, and text messages don't always agree in what is planned. One of the worst experiences I have ever had.

You allow only 72 hours to report a missed pickup but you audit for 5 days. I've noticed that days without videos are missed pickups. Why don't the audits identify these?
