Did not like when cancelled account got another invoice stating I need to pay. Cancelled account should not get fees to close
Service has been prompt and on time
I called back near the end of aug when I seen the was going to raise my bill up 15 dollars. They were nice enough to drop it back down to the 72 dollars. I have automatic payment. So when it process even though it said 72 due on the website they took out 86.40. They said they was sorry that they will take out 72 and refund the 86.40. Well now I have 2payments coming out and have been over drafted. I called back the guy I talked to said he was going to refund the 86.40. It been over 7 days no update.
