Impossible to talk to a human when you have an issue
Very consistently late with pickup times during regular hours not associated with holiday hours. Many trucks can be spotted hanging out at Thornton's gas stations in the afternoons just prior to our pickups, which should have taken place in the mornings. These actions happen regularly as well as late pickups. This is unprofessional and unbecoming of the entire staff and management and needs to be addressed and quickly resolved.
