For the past two weeks, we’ve been advised that our neighborhood roads are too “treacherous” for service due to recent weather. We appreciate a commitment to safety. What has been fascinating, however, is watching other waste management companies navigate the same allegedly impassable streets without incident. It appears the conditions are selectively hazardous. My trash is missed atleast twice a month, though it stays on the curb Mon-Fri. The only accommodations offered is to leave extra trash bags on the ground because they only pick up on Fridays. You can always count on them to take a payment out of your account though, they make sure to get that on time.

They are a whole week late to my neighborhood and my trash is now overflowing and they’re not answering calls. If you can’t provide services to all of your customers, then hire more people or refund our money. Save yourself from the hassle and find another company!
