The company offers excellent service; I would give it five stars, but I'm only giving it four because I used to pay less for the same service, and they have gradually increased the price.

I schedule a large pickup. They never came or called.
My trash was missed 2 weeks in a row stating my can was not out front. That is not the case. When calling to get a complimentary pick up, I was told within 48 hours. They never showed up. I called and advised. They just plainly state they cannot accommodate my request. No email to tell me anything. I am on my 3rd set of wheels on my can due to the way they slam then down after emptying them. It takes 3 weeks to get new wheels...Go figure! They are awful and overly price for the awful customer service they provide!
