Did a great job
They missed/ skipped my container on my regularly scheduled pickup day (Wednesday) for the 5th time. My container was placed at the road the night before. I reported the missed pickup and was told someone would come get it Thursday or Friday. That turned into Monday. That turned into Tuesday. I called to get an answer and of course they stop answering the phones 1 hour before their voicemail says they close. So i try to leave a message just to find out the mailbox is full. Horrible service.
Waste Management does our home trash pickup, and it is so exciting having them provide what they consider service! Every week is a coin flip on whether our trash can will be: returned to where we left it, in the middle of the street impeding traffic, or thrown into the ditch! There are even some weeks where it’s not even picked up at all and I don’t get the excitement of fishing it out of the ditch after work, I like those weeks because it gives me more time to spend with our trash and creates a bonding experience within our... read more
