Very timely pickup each week. I never have issues with spills. Highly recommended to anyone who asks.
We have always been pleased with the service. We purchased one can when we signed up. A neighbor lent us his extra while we waited and then said we could use it whenever. So on occasion we had two cans to pick up. This spring we had two out and that morning between “pickup time” and mid morning one can was missing. After checking with neighbors.. nobody saw anything..I reported it immediately and got 0 resolve. Pretty much was told it was my problem. Maybe that’s normal for WM. Driver always gets my cans back in place after emptying them. I never come home and find them in the ditch, in the middle of the street, or blocking me out of my own driveway like my previous service did! 10 GREEN STARS!!
