Great service, always on time, and price is reasonable.
Excellent customer service and always timely.
Service was good most of the time until they started not picking up my trash. Worst part was they lied and claimed I didn't have my bin out. Unfortunately for them, I have a camera that shows my bin was out and they completely bypassed it. I tried contacting them several times (there is no contact phone) and they completely ignored me. When I was finally able to make contact, WM didn't want to make it right, so I switched companies. WM didn't refund the remaining balance on services already paid. Total rip off company.
