This company is horrible! Missed a payment due to being away and even paid the bill before the truck left the block. On my next bill they charged me $70 to simply restart the service. That’s more than our normal bill. When I tried to fight it the lady said there was nothing she could do that it was company policy. A few days later I found a new company cheaper and even are given me a second tote and when I called into cancel the first thing the lady said was she can easily wave the reconnect fee. Incomplete Trash Service, Contacted WM By Live Chat And Was Assured By A Rep Named Munish Remainder Of Trash Would Be Picked Up Within 24-48 Hrs Of Contact And No-Showed! I've Been A Customer Many Years And This Is A First. Disappointing!!!
Worst company ever. With a military discount we paid 60$ A MONTH. Then they want cancellation fees because we found a better company that is $60 for 3 months. Wont ever use or recommend them to anyone.
Disappointed in their service broken the cycle bin cover 5 times on their route.
