I have never in my life had a worse experience with a company!!! We have had this company doing our service for about 3yrs, same young lady for the whole time and she would get out of her truck and dump the can cuz we keep a strap for the wind to not blow it open out in the country, then we get a notification that our days of service have changed in 3 weeks in a row the driver has cut the strap, we bought a new strap on it that would simply open easy and he took our entire trash can today that we purchased!!!! Truck came to pick up neighbor’s recycling. Several things spilled out and went in my yard. Driver left it there.
Do NOT sign a contract with this Waste Management. Look at your options and avoid them at any cost. We recently switched services after being with them for 2.5 years. They charged us a cancelation charge that was equal to half a year of service, this was bad enough.. then they hit us with a $1,400 charge to remove our dumpster. Needless to say, we will not be using them in the future.
