We’ve been experiencing very poor service for several months. The driver repeatedly misses scheduled service days, often sending pictures claiming “it’s not safe to service.” I’ve spoken multiple times with different supervisors who said someone would come to inspect the site, but no one has ever shown up. We also requested credit for the missed service days, but instead were charged the full amount — about $200 per visit.
