waste management is intruding on my personal time. my sleep! while i am sure they are doing their job, they are making my thursday off-day miserable. i live in a residential apartment community,who on thursday morinings, our sleep is interupted @ anywhere between 3:48a.m. & 4:20a.m. every week. the manangement @ our apts. has as yet been unsuccessful @ aleiviating this problem. how would you like to be awaken @ this hour,considering we work for a living?????
