Absolutely terrible business practices. Not sure if it is the corporation itself or the local branch themselves, but they definitely don't care about their customers regardless... been a loyal commercial customers for several years but trying to force us to stay in a contract when they increased the price $300/month for service from the same contract.
My lid is open but my trash is still there? How does that even happen?
Monday pickup never showed. Neighbors have called in to report. I have 3 times now. Imagine waking up each morning to raccoons ripping through your cans finding trash across your yard. Reception doesn’t seem to care.
Yall need to do better leaving trash down the road is sick and un sanitary we pay yall to do a job atleast do the job sincerely the one yall act like u cant hear on the phone do better!!!
They constantly miss our garbage pickup and anytime I call to report it, their call center rep Stephanie tells me I'm lying and that they have to check the cameras. Terrible company with terrible customer service. Do better
