WM has great people and they are very professional.The sales team is even better. It was an easy process setting up our account.It’s also easy to navigate their website for all our billing information. The landfill is very busy but they get us in and out very quickly. We enjoy doing business with them and recommend them highly for all your disposal needs.
With all the money they charge, they could at least paint the speed bumps and have two different dump sites for city workers/civilians. City workers in trash trucks are on the clock and love to milk the hour. They definitely take their sweet time. Multiple extra fees for unrelated item dumping?? Waste water? Fuel, for their machines?!? Environmental?? Ridiculous! Beck landfill is waaaaay better!!!
The pick up service is fine. Your price increases have me looking at other options
