Customer service is terrible at the scale. Barking orders as soon as I pull up and giving me attitude. High prices and poor customer service, I understand why San Antonio has an illegal dumping problem.
Easy to reserve online and easy to make asjustments to pickup over the phone. Dumpster height was great to help throw in items and had a side for entry to walk in for heavier items and to help flatten the items.
