WM has been good to my home for over 25 years
WM seems like a great Company . Takes care of the trash containers when you have issues. Drivers friendly and courteous.
They dont dump the whole can but pick up the bags. So of you have anything that's not in the bags they dont care about. Also they will complain if you arent out by 7am (and will leave a note) then next week they wont pick it up until 5pm. City money at its best.
I tried calling them for hours since they opened and no one answered the phone. It just rang with not even an answering machine. My elderly mother wears a colostomy bag and it burst on her in the middle of the night. It destroyed her mattress and instead of setting it out for the next trash day because I wanted to preserve her dignity I called around to see where I could dump it (LEGALLY) and was referred to Waste Management.
