I tried calling them for hours since they opened and no one answered the phone. It just rang with not even an answering machine. My elderly mother wears a colostomy bag and it burst on her in the middle of the night. It destroyed her mattress and instead of setting it out for the next trash day because I wanted to preserve her dignity I called around to see where I could dump it (LEGALLY) and was referred to Waste Management. This is NOT the place to go if you have a pickup truck load to dispose of. You'll be charged a minimum dump fee regardless of weight plus taxes. Mine came up to $78.00. This WM site is more suited for industrial and commercial waste disposal. Their website should state that so residents don't waste their time and money.

Got turned away from rude lady. She needs to find a new job or don’t work if your in a bad mood. Website needs to adjust operation hours, we arrived at 4:20pm and got turned away. When clearly website says closed at 5pm. So unprofessional!

Website states that the hours are open until 5pm we arrived at 430pm to dump a single couch and was turned away the lady stated they closed at 4pm. I have yet to find different hours of operation posted online or on site.
