Trash scheduled for pickup on Friday. It’s now Wednesday morning and still no sign of WM. Their service is so consistently poor that the city hired and fired them inside of a year.
Considering waste management doesnt do there job half the time extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. We reported a missed pick up both times and were told someone would contact us and they just dont care enough to respond or come pick up the garbage we pay them to pick up. Essentially you are charging us while not doing the one thing we pay you for then when report a missed pick up, no one cares or does anything about it because you know we have to use you. Its sick and disgusting
I have made multiple service request for a home recycling bin, damaged by a snow plow. The only response, just an email, nothing done to fix it. Plus recycling service pick up has been missed.
