Excellent job always
Service is good! Much better than last year or two when I had different drivers.
the last pickup they didn't take my recyclables for reasons unknown. This was very unusual because generally the drivers are gentlemen and always ready to help
Six calls weeks in advance of a move to get a bulky pickup. Empty promises of an “escalation” of my request and I NEVER got the service. Had to pay a neighbor to haul away a very wet rug prior to the move. Obviously a total lack of communication!
