sitting at my PC and watching one of your trucks, pick up yard waste,small limbs,and when they got thru,they left bigger mess than if they had just not picked up anything. lying all over the road. not to mention that waste has been laying out there for several weeks. wouldnt have taken a couple more minutes to clean up and do a good job.your co.does this kind of shoddy pick up all the time.

your company changed the schedule 3 weeks ago to recycling on the wed now and you have not been to my neighborhood since. please change it back for the sake of the recyclables @ 4115 aurora rd hibicious park. I even called today the 29th to make it would be taken care of and it still wasnt. How hard can this be
