It has been horrible since last month we just moved 1 block from old address and 3 times skipped us,in 6 weeks! Ridiculous! 2 ppl lied to us at customer service! I'm changing immediately and telling them I want my $ back!!!!
Incompetent doesn't even begin to describe this company. It's a shame they have a monopoly in our town. It's pointless to attempt to get them to do the most basic task. I hate the company and everyone working for them.
