WM Residential pick up is fantastic and usually always on time and the Driver is very professional and very courteous and nice to talk with. !! My experience with WM has been great and would recommend them over anyone else !! Thanks WM. Keep up the good work !!
I have called 4 times. They even gave me a pickup number. This is the 4th time they have forgotten to pick up my garbage. And I paid for the year ... the last pile was a 3 week accumulation and now it's going on 2 weeks. Wth so I called again Monday and Tuesday they said there will be a pickup service by the end of the day. It is now Wednesday. Garbage is still out there. They promised again by 6 on Monday it would be picked up. Never again. This company is unreliable
