Fast and reliable on the spot delivery was great thanks
I live in a gravel lane. Before I signed up with WM I called and asked if they would pick ip my trash at my house. The manager came our and looked at the lane and agreed to pick up st my house. During the time I was with WM they only showed up half the time. I had made many calls reporting missed pick up and having to request a pick up. After months of dealing with this they finally said they would no longer pick up at my residence. It was a very frustrating experience with them. I’d have to say the service has been very good for the past 20 years. On average my service will be missed 2.5 times per year, and when it’s missed, it’s usually for an entire week. It’s certainly gonna be an amount Sick days, etc., and I just attributed it to human reasons. The trash haulers, when I meet them, are usually personable and aside from the trash Can lid that was disposed of with the trash earlier this year, I’d have to say I am satisfied. I give this company four out of five stars.
