Waste Management does a super job for. The trash is always collected as promised. No fuss! No hassle! Our driver Aaron always puts our trash collector back by the house. We appreciate that :-).

Had a horrible experience, the driver in my route would always pick up a day late. Fine, I got over that. The last 3 months or so the driver would report unable to pickup. The problem is he would forget to come done my road, as I was the only one on the road using WM. We watched them drive by multiple weeks without picking up and would have to report. When I finally cancelled, I had a week before they were supposed to to pickup the can and the trash one last time. Well the driver pissed off came the next day and took everyth... read more
