Missed pickup one week. Couldn’t get through to office to report it and get credit. Pickup time is unreliable. Used to be better.
I was with Brown Santitation then Waste Management bought them. My service started with WM in January, since then they have missed 5 pickups (3 of them in a roll). They did credit my bill, but what an inconvenience to haul the trash to the curb then back again because they would not accommodate another pickup in the same week - probably lack of employee's or truck issues. Their hard to get ahold of and you have to sit on the phone waiting to speak with a rep for a long time. Canceled my service today!
So far constant rescheduling and haven't had service technically but about a month. Took close to 3 weeks for a trashcan. The first picked up they missed my trash can tried to say it was because a road closure I didn't have. Have the video they drove by and went right. Trashcan was way visible and out at the road. Have it on camera too. Said they would be back that day after I called they didn't show. Very friendly and understanding. They are always on time and professional
Great! Only they thing I complain about is I have to move my can back before I can pull in my driveway
