For years they picked up on Tuesday between 9 and 11am. Now they miss our block entirely for the last 3 weeks. Customer service is good but everything else is a joke
Supposed to be open to 445pm. Got there at 4om.Gates closed!
Always communicates any changes is scheduled pickups.
