Several times, including last week, my trash was not picked up. On pickup day, we received conflicting information. At first, I received an email and text saying it would be picked up as usual, but on pickup day I received another message saying it would be picked up the following business day. Guess what? My trash and my neighbors' trash are still sitting on the curb. WM is absolutely terrible. It's all about those contracts and profit and not about providing the service you've promised. I and many of my neighbors do recycle I appreciate the fact that we have the bends provided to us at no cost to recycle this helps many people who may be will not recycle to recycle. Recycling helps our planet and our community recycling if it's done properly helps save on cost for energy save the trees from being destroyed and keeping plastic out of our waters and natural resources.
Would give ZERO stars if I could. How many times do I have to cancel my service and yet I STILL GET A BILL? Absolutely ridiculous!!!
