Their phone system is terrible. Keeps you going in circles you can’t get a hold of anybody
Good experience so far but it’s a shame they don’t offer recycling at least I can never find recycling info
This company is a scam. Caught on video rolling up and taking a picture of some winter mix on the ground and leaving. Not only are their drivers unwilling to do their job they insist on charging for services they won’t provide simply because it is winter. We will be getting a new waste management company that actually picks up the trash.
Poor communication, unexplained additional charges on my bill.
