Customer service needs training on customer service
Weekly pickup is very reliable and drivers operate the trucks carefully during their pickups.
I received an extra charge on one of my bills. It took me several tries and hours of my time before I was able to talk to a real human who was able to assist me. She was rude, stating that I had a charge because my bin was overly full and the lid was propped up. I asked her if there was any proof, and she sent me several photos and videos, of a house that WAS NOT MY HOUSE! The number of the house was clearly visible.
