Its impossible to talk to someone, they claim they will call you back but so far it hasn't happened.
The customer service agent was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He provided a couple of options to lower my monthly bill. He also promised to switch out my current bin for one with no wheels but that has not happened. Having to call yearly to renegotiate a contract is a hassle I don’t appreciate. If I get busy and forget to call my bill skyrockets.
