Have been with them after they bought out local company. Was told no charge for 96 gallon tote, wasn’t option before, Rates have increased by 30.00 a quarter. I’m looking at other companies in area to service my account
I've never had more weeks of trash pickup that hasn't happened. Services paid for but not received.
When we started with WM, we were happy. We got a new driver that showed no respect for our property and would throw our trash cans and only pick up one even if we had missed two weeks prior. ( never had that issue with our previous driver). When we called to complain… well once you could talk to an actual person, they seemed “bothered” that we called them and offered no help.
