Love the service. They come every Wednesday at the same time. Their website is super easy to navigate as well.
The customer service in Kokomo is an absolute travesty of epic proportions. No help, none...NONE! As for the actual service, trash dumped in the street, trash left in bins, trash bags taken out of bins and left on street. Such a terrible company (kokomo location). How hard is it to do this job the correct way? Why is it so hard to speak with someone who actually can and will help? What an epic disappointment.
Can't get them to take all my trash or tell me why. They suck find some one else to help you
