Expensive, no longer offers large item pickup. Too big for their britches.
Comapnay is terrible! Fluctuating charges are ridiculous. When I cancelled service, they never scheduled a pickup for the conatiner I never asked for, nor did they cancel the autopay so i was still charged. My new company has a flat rate with no hidden or fluctuating fees and offers a militray/veteran discount!
The first driver told me they could not deliver where I wanted it. I was billed a trip fee. The second driver put it exactly where I asked the first driver to put it.. Will not be paying that fee.
