Service has been great since joining a month ago. Timely, clean and professional
I definitely recommend using WM for all of your waste needs. I have never had to worry about them not showing up, and if they are running behind due to weather, they send you a message. The WM App on my phone comes in very handy. I'm super satisfied!
Today was the second time I put out 2 extra bags in addition to my tote. The bags were left with trash strewn over my yard. I haven’t had problems like this before. Has something changed in your policies? Very disappointing service.
