Completely worthless company and customer service is nonexistent. After repeated reports of missed pickup they have not emptied my bin in over a month. Refusal of refund. Refusal to come out and empty it. Driver allowed to lie about the bin not being present without repercussions, but the bin is in the same spot it has been placed for years with security camera footage of it at the road.
On time, courteous, and always puts the cart back exactly where it was.
