Cost keeps increasing, service has decreased, no scheduled monthly bulk pickup, I personally believe the community would better be served with large dumpsters, since bulk pickup has been stopped, and the quarterly bill has gone up 20.00 since I joined. I also only fill my container bi weekly, but still pay the full quarterly rate.
