Does anyone have the ability to call the actual waste management in their area?! Or are we all just doomed to repeat an endless loop of automated bullshit that never allows you to talk to anyone actual human being?! This is disgusting! Hire a staff you are charging people enough money to pay them!
we called 2 times about our trash not being dumped 1 week and the bill was suppose to be lowered which it wasnt when we were billed.and called 2 times about trash cart left when someone moved it has not been picked up.poor service.
Outrageous billing policies and late fees.
