For over 15 years our family has been served service by Waste Management. I believe this company has the best, most courteous and safest drivers who watch out for our children as they go about their duties.
Excelente servicio
We put some limbs and branches out on the street like we’ve done multiple times before. They were all cut to your specifications. We called and left a message to have them picked up and got a call back saying you couldn’t pick them up!! We paid someone to put them out there now we are having to pay someone to come back and take them off!! We are not very happy!! We’d like to know why you you will no longer pick them up!!
Wm charges fees on top of fees!!!! But as im reading they keep going up on the rates yearly. I was charged $70 just to bring the can to my house, in which they didn't bring it in time for my 1st scheduled pick up. And another $60 fee for "set up fee" this is after I paid a deposit fee and a can fee. The 1st few times they came out my can would be knocked into the ditch. But I guess they came and picked up the trash, huh? We are at their mercy if we want trash service in Tuscaloosa county.
The driver is awesome he does a great job
