I can rarely get ahold of customer service. After calling and trying to correct the spelling of my name multiple times, it is still incorrect. They’re the same price if not, more expensive than competitors.. trash WAS picked up as scheduled so that is a plus. I just don’t have time to wait 30+ minutes every time I need to get ahold of somebody:(
We have used various companies in the last 21 years here, but WM is hands down the very best, most reliable, and bin size appropriate.
Very dependable service. Updates to service changes is helpful. I have asked for printed schedule for recyle pick ups but have failed to receive.
