I initially decided to use WM services because they’re cheaper in my area, but I’ve been using their services for a month and my trash has never been picked up on time or at all. - I bring my cans to the curb the night before service every week and they haven’t been picked up at all. UPDATE: when the truck picked up my garbage bin a wheel fell off into the truck. I requested repair and they ignored me for something like 5 or 6 weeks. I cancelled my service with WM and they said I would be charged a $75 fee for bin pickup. Yes…$75 to pick up their own bins. Guess what they haven’t bothered to pick up…yup…their own bins.
