Not happy with how they don’t show up and never let me know when they do.
The price increased dramatically the last few billing cycles. When I called to ask about the price jump, they said it was their “yearly increase”. I understand increasing prices but their price is double what many other companies charge. I confirmed this asking many of my neighbors what they pay. With WM we were paying for the smallest bins and the recycling rarely was properly emptied which was an annoyance. We ended up discontinuing our service. For the price, it is not worth it. I have been with Waste Management since they purchased Heartland which had go be probably 10 years. You have kept my bill at a consistent rate since then. I was going to switch to another collection once I called your customer service and they worked with me to keep it reasonable. My wife passed away recently so any financial help is greatly appreciated!! Thank you
