WM has been reliable and seem to do a good job. No problems.
Your drivers do a great job for us! The only problems I seem to be encountering now after WM services for many years is when I want to put our services on vacation when we go to Arizona for 4 months in the winter, you have wanted to charge me to do that. Fortunately I have spoken to a manager and she has waived the $40 or $45 fee. Thank you to the supervisor: Missy, you saved a satisfied customer of WM!!
