I gave 5 stars but since Willis have retired the customer service has tanked. They skipped us, nasty on the phone, then when they came back they got our neighbors LOOKED RIGHT AT US and smiled but skipped it AGAIN. And yet the phone person is blaming US and expects US to keep dragging our can up there. Get it together! Good customer service is NOT difficult! We feel like we’ve been targeted! Now we have to wait until Friday? May as well just wait til Tuesday and credit this week.
How hard is it to pick up our garbage that's been in the same spot, next to the other can you pick up, for 2+ years now???? This is the 2nd week in a month where you've missed our pick up. Our neighbor calls and you come right out and pick up hers and her renters, but leave ours sitting full. Seriously?? You even picked up the 3 cans of garbage RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET!?!?!? You could improve by hiring competent drivers. In the last four months, your drivers have: left piles of garbage that fell out of a hole in the truck all up and down my street, leaked hydraulic fluid on every driveway in the neighborhood, dropped my can at the neighbors, and best of all, took out power and internet for half of Kalama because the moron was driving down the road with a full size dumpster still on the front loader, snagging power lines and pulling down poles. What a bunch of idiots.

I’ve had no problems other than they once left the van tipped over across my driveway. They corrected it promptly as I’m not able to. I appreciate that. Hasn’t happened since.
Don't need an alarm with these people around!
