Apparently they don't know how to close Gates back when they open them they really have zero respect for a place that they are contracted through what a pity for the look of the company
Poor communication. Archaic payment processing. Weak customer service. Highly unsatisfied after fixing a stolen card issue that was paid the weekend before our service.
NO COMMUNICATION - NO PICKUP, truck break downs youll never know and they will bill you as if the truck came
Good luck getting them to come back for missed pick ups. Oh well. We will come next scheduled pick up. But, if my recycling won't all fit they don't take what's not in their can. Same with trash. So when you miss my recycling days and my bin is over flowing I throw them in the trash. If y'all don't care about the environment then I don't either.
