This company is notorious for increasing their costs at random. Understandable with today's inflation, but they give you no notification and just withdraw whatever amount they want. It might be a $10 increase, it might be a $20 increase—no heads-up, they just deduct whatever they see fit. Hello, I'm sure like most in Edmond, Ok. everyone received a rate increase of around 11%. no warning. for a fuel surcharge. Do I get to charge people for fuel?? When does it go back down, or does it?? Communication was cool until a proposal was signed. Then all Communication went down hill Ken Lakin (the only contact i know of) has been MIA since june 10th 2016 when i signed my proposal. To make matters worse he set my setup for 3 weeks out so i went about 3 weeks without a dumpster at my commercial mechanic shop.
