I will leave bad reviews until I speak to a human about truck #125 not having a lid/tarp/covering over the box, resulting in a rock chip on my brand new windshield. I was not following too close, I was one lane over, passing. Tried calling, and because "my number is not associated with a customer account" 🙄 I couldn't get to a human being. I couldn't even leave a message on a machine.
Pick a different company. I wish I was not in a contract, I would be gone. These people make promises and do not deliver. Their communication is terrible.
Trista is the best. We always get picked up on time. The service guys are great. They always work with us in case of an emergency. They have the best rates in town. Will continue to use in the future!
