Very disappointing experience with this trash service. They repeatedly charge excessive “overloaded” fees even when the trash amount is minimal. In our case, a small amount of trash slightly above the bin resulted in a $60 extra charge, which is completely unreasonable. When I raised the concern, instead of trying to resolve the issue they argued and simply referred to a long contract rather than addressing the unfair charges. Have to give props to the driver of the trash collection today. With as windy as it was there were allot of trash cans blown over. He stopped and got out of the truck and picked those up to ensure the homeowner got their trash emptied. Great Job!!!
