Issue resolved! Update: same day after the phone was hung up on me. I called again and was assisted by Valentina in the customer service department. I explained everything and after 15 minutes she had me in contact with Joseph who is one of the managers on the filed. by noon my garage was picked up. Thank you to Valentina for your excellent customer service no runaround and getting the right person that can correct the issue for us and following up that it was handled. HORRIBLE !!!!!!!!company to do business with very disrespectful employees Pedro Montero is VERY RUDE DISRESPECTFUL to women and un willing to help in the Miami Fl office I have had my service missed for 3 weeks in a row!!! My biweekly pickup of recycled goods is amazing. The driver Makeyson D is so customer service oriented! He’s courteous and moves my container back to my house and is always courteous! Plz recognize him. Thanks.
