Communication has been consistently poor for years, with little to no responsiveness when issues arise or when account assistance is needed. Great experience in the process of renewing for two more years the services provided to Venetia Villas Condominium. The agent Nora Mustelier helped us to reach an agreement of mutual benefit.
We had their service for years we just moved and transfered the service, for a few broken tiles they claim "the container is contaminated" and will not pick up, they offered courtesy pick up and never came, I have called 3 days in a row and can never talk to a supervisor. the option they offered was to get outside help to remove the trash in the container, and forget about getting a phone call back, never happens. after so many years with this company, never any issues and now can not talk to a supervisor and their solution ... read more
