Heather was very awesome, easy to deal with.
We have used Waste Connections for many years with no complaints. Everyone I have talked to has given exceptional customer service and most of my interaction has been with Heather Ducote. She is top notch!
We contacted Heather for a dumpster rental after a tornado came through and destroyed things around my property. Heather is so very sweet and answered every question I had. Definitely recommend and will use again.
Needed to get a dumpster and Heather was so helpful! Got me taken care of with no issues. Very efficient and great employee/company!
Heather went above and beyond to address my concerns and the issue was resolved in one phone call. Definitely recommend.
