I called to ask for them to pick up the trash from my personal can before I found out we could no longer use them. I put in the work order for it to be picked up and I purchased another one for our household through them. Instead of coming to pick up the trash from inside the can they threw my whole trash can away and “disposed” of it for me since I no longer would “need” it. Waste connections is the worse company I’ve ever had to deal with I’ve been using my own personal cans for 3 years now… today my trash didn’t get picked up not cause I didn’t pay my bill it didn’t get picked up cause I didn’t rent a extra can from them my personal cans are the exact same only difference is they can’t charge me extra a month to use there it’s the same trash nothing that’s not supposed to be in there they just want to over charge for whatever they can cause they know there company ain’t shit
