The company when it was PDQ sanitation was great. This new company is not bad but the lack of customer service when you have a bad experience is what ruined it for me. Order a dumpster for a 5 day rental and the dumpster showed up Late Monday after 5pm and they picked the dumpster up Friday morning just before 7am. So we only got 3 days out of it. This "company" won't even work with me during this Corona virus pandemic.. but on the phone they said if I called one day earlier they could have .. liars .. I will never recommend this company to anyone .. if the world was fair they would have to own up to their lies... but it isn't.. cold hearted company that doesn't care about anyone
Ic you live out in the country, the trash truck will drive around and not pick up anyone's trash. Our entire township was neglected EVEN though the truck was seen!!!
