I am a former patient of Dr Joe Wasson from the mid 80's......he was very professional. As a matter of fact, I broke my jaw within a year of getting my braces.....well, needless to say he did not enjoy removing the plaster to remove my braces. My late mother loved him as he was so patient during my six month ordeal of dealing with my broken jaw.

Dr. Wasson's young blonde receptionist is rude. I am very disgusted with her level of professionalism in the presence of Dr. Wasson's patients and staff. She disclosed patient information openly in front of staff and other patients that were seated in the waiting area. I watched as she scolded a young teenager for not being consistent with scheduled appointments. The young lady walked out of the office in tears. Several employed parents have stated that your office hours should be extended.

I'm a deaf mother of a candidate patient that is hearing who is still a junveile, this orthodontist rejected providing an interpreter for me I do not want to work with her and cancelled her appointment. I'm in between consulting with other two orthodontist deciding which may have best treatment plan for my daughter and I only have three orthodontists listed in my husband's work insurance network. I wouldnt have requested an interpreter for other visits but only for a consult.
