Run, don't walk from Wasserman. There's a trail of blood and tears that she has left in her wake. Ann took my money and dropped my case. Since James (Woodall) referred me to Ann, naturally, I took my complaint to him. He could not have cared less! Please, contact me if you're interested in joining myself and others who are joining together to file official complaints against the bar as *joint* clients, and officially get Ann disbarred, and perhaps put W&W out of business! Should be disbarred – Attorneys who take large sums of money, making promises and having you feel confident with your case, Then does absolutely nothing, should be disbarred, Not following through with any thing avoiding all communication. Not showing up at hearings and making excuses why she misses important deadlines. People who hire attorneys are usually under a lot of stress emotionally and financially. Do NOT hire Ann Wasserman – If I could, I would give Ann Wasserman zero stars. Ann's lack of responsiveness is shameful. She has absolutely no business practicing law. She should be disbarred. Avoid hiring Ann at all costs.

Don't make the same mistake I did. – Ann Wassermann is the absolute worst attorney I could of ever dreamed of hiring to represent me in my custody case. So incompetent, she got my case dismissed. After months of telling me she would get it reinstated & doing absolutely nothing, I found another attorney to help me. When I notified her to withdraw counsel, she ignored my request. Instead Ann sent me taunting emails, before finally withdrawing as my counsel. Beware of this individual at all costs. A Dad Who Cares
