I worked individually with Noah Wasserman for 6 weeks to rehabilitate disc-buldges, which caused me lower back and sciatica pain. Over that time he guided me in a variety of weight bearing exercises, balancing exercises, and stretches. I feel very improved, and have more understanding of what’s required to prevent pain issues from reoccurring. I would undoubtedly recommend him and his practice to anyone.
Really helped improve the strength of knee and got my body back to 100% really quickly. Flexible hours too!
