I co-signed on an apartment for a friend of granddaughters. Lease ended and party vacated apartment. I cleaned apt and turned in keys. Keys were turned in 2nd week of December. There was a 400 deposit paid and mgmt said they would be in touch. I am on an extended vacation in Australia and had someone to attempt to pay the balance due of $189. A+ is an absolute joke for this company. They will rob you of your deposit with things like a "standard" cleaning charge. The "standard" charges will come out to more then your deposit alone and they give you 14 days from the time the bill is written to pay or they threaten you with collections. I received my bill with 3 days to pay. Deposits are supposed to be for damages "beyond normal wear and tear" so how can you be charged for anything that is labeled standard? Extremely unprofessional to work with. I was told I didn’t put in a maintenance request by the manager over text message but I had record of it and then when I questioned the owner about why the broken pieces of the old dishwasher were stashed in my cupboard and not discarded by the maintenance man I was given a huge attitude and cursed at. I was told the person that is actually in charge of the corporation does not ever talk to residents. So I am stuck dealing with lies and someone that isn’t helpful at all. If I can rate an zero I would. This company is full of it. We had NP Dodge, the management was awesome, and if something get damaged they will fixed it right away no cost. This company WASSCO LLC went up on my rent over $200.00. They have not did any changes what so ever! We have no amenities, no pool no garages no stainless steel appliances, no nothing, and so on.I wonder where's the money going????
