I have tried for literally months to get them just to answer their phone. Seems like a business would know that answering their phone is key in maintaining an open business and keeping customers or patients coming in. How can one make an appointment if no one answers the phone? Not sure what’s going on here, but based on the fact that they can’t prioritize their phones ringing, probably tells me that is how they also handle patient care- like its not that important.
I have had 2 sleep studies here, only a couple weeks apart. I also had a consultation prior to the sleepovers, and have a final consult scheduled for tomorrow. I have found this company to be exceptional in its care and service. I have had zero problems, they have been clear and concise about everything. The sleeping room was comfortable, and the observer/nurse was conscientious and pleasant both times. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a sleep study.
