Horrible customer service....Been coming here since old man Washut was here since 2006. The lady I spoke contiued to tell my I was self pay. I explained to her that Ive used my Union insurance there every since day one doing business with them and all she did was proceed to argue with me telling me that they had no record of it. I owed a small bill from the last visit inwitch I agreed to settle up upon my visit and she told me because of that I would have to self pay. Not only did Dr. Easter do an incredible job, he made sure my husband felt comfortable. He answered questions and went above and beyond, he was compassionate and took extra time when my husband expressed he had dental anxiety. The best experience we could have asked for. We are so grateful for Dr. Easter and this office.
