I’ve been busy all week working 12hr shifts, so I just wanted to get the car cleaning done with. Paid $20 for their highest package, no bug prep station so I figured they’d have something for the bugs... anyways, I go through, again, using their most expensive package. My car wasn’t clean, bugs still everywhere, smudges on the paint... $20 wasted. Should have just gotten over my laziness and washed it myself, would have been cleaner and done right. However, I’ll admit, their vacuums are the best in town!

Hi Daphne, I'm sorry you weren't happy with your wash. It sounds like you may have had some seriously caked on bugs! While we always tune things so that we're being a little more aggressive with bugs in the summer months when they're really bad here, those that have set for a little while can be a little tougher. RecommendedSeriously THE BEST car wash we’ve ever been too! Right from the start the gentleman at the window was so friendly and helpful! They go above and beyond other car washes - a friendly employee helped dry our truck with micro fiber towels plus window cleaner they have available at all vacuum stations. We just wish there was one a little closer to the Whitehouse/ Hendersonville area.

Hands down the only place I wash my truck. I have a dually and it literally is the only wash I know that can fit my truck in!!! Great group of folks!!

Today was my second time going. First time I got the step up from basic. I wasnt sure how good things would work with my dirty "farm" truck. They hit it with a pressure washer before I went in and I was more than satisified with the end result. Today I got the top option and am again pleased with the results. Very nice staff. I think I may have found my new go to car wash.
$18 wash to see how thorough . The people at entry was polite . They told me big shield and vent visors were safe , no , the air at the end pulled up bug shield , bugs left on grill and mirrors , brake dust left on wheels. I mentioned bug shield to guy walking vacuum area and he didn't say one word. Vacuums are very strong . This is a new titan so not ratty vehicle. I have been thru others in area less money and just as good of a job with no damages
My first time coming to this car wash and will not be the last. Staff is super awesome! Kevin came and helped me dry my dry (no tip just part of his job) there’s free window cleaner and towels to use. First time I’ve ever seen this at a diy car wash. Awesome!
