THE STAFF AND PEOPLE WERE AMAZING HERE. VERY HELPFUL AND SWEET. BUT YOU CAN TELL THEY ARE OVER WORKED AND UNDERSTAFFED. FOR EXAMPLE, THE PERSON IN THE FRONT DESK WAS TRAINING A PERSON AND REGISTERING AT THE SAME TIME. THEN I SAW THAT SAME PERSON GO TO THE BACK AND HELP THE MA AND PROVIDER. THE WAIT WAS SUPER LONG BECAUSE IT WAS UNDERSTAFFED. THEN WHEN THEY FINALLY DID CALL ME BACK, YOU COULD TELL THE PROVIDER AND MA WERE EXTREMELY TIRED AND FRUSTRATED.
