Sadly, until the past couple of years, I have deferred dental care for reasons of extreme fear and horrible past experiences...But, in coming to this wonderful office, I have received EXCELLENT, gentle and informative care from everyone, but specifically Lindsay, Marisa and Dr. Parmenter 😊 I have had only ONE negative experience with ONE specific individual in this office (name is in my records!) otherwise, they make me very happy! Thank you for this eval. opportunity!
I'm familiar with the entire staff, as I've been a patient for over 20 years. I've taken all 3 of my children as well as my husband and we, as a family will never go elsewhere. We have moved to Allen Park and STILL will take the 40 minute drive because we are so well taken care of.

LOL! I met EVERYONE! LOL! This place is a friendly office. Dr. Parmenter is wonderful dentist.
My family has been coming here for years. This is a wonderful office! On top of our insurance, on time reminders of check ups and work that needs to be done. I could go on. Dr. P is awesome!
I am very pleased with the professional but very personal attention to my well being.Jan is always helpful and friendly. Linda my hygienist is also thorough, gentle I believe she cares for her patients. Dr.P is a humble and caring person. He always greets you with a friendly hello and a smile. Glad be a patient at Washtenaw General Dentistry.

My only complaints were the lack of imported chocolates and cookies in the waiting room, and no on-flight movie while I was strapped onto my chair Other than that, the entire staff was charming and professional. Thanks Mike cottone
