The only thing I did not like was not being told how much my visit would be. I thought that $345.00 was a bit much for a cleaning and having a crown recommended in. It would be nice to see a breakdown of all costs BEFORE the work is done. If I would have known how much it wares going to cost I would have rescheduled the cleaning and just had the crown replaced.I have been coming to this office for around 30 years and this is touldhe first time that I have left your office mad. I had a dental emergency and couldnt find a dentist that would take my health insurance, or wouldnt be able to schedule me for a week at best. I had pretty much given up on that even after i spent a few days calling around. I was referred by a coworker, and was able to get an appointment the next day. I was greeted warmly. I always feel welcomed here. It's like visiting extended family, we pick up where we left off. I could be biased because I've been a client since grade school, but that fact speaks for itself. Great place and I'll be coming here until I no longer can.
Dr Parmenter is always there for me. The staff always friendly and efficient
